1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Unused and unopened products.
  • Items in original packaging.
  • Return requests made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Orders with valid proof of purchase.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or assembled building sets.
  • Items damaged by misuse or improper assembly.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Requests submitted after the return window.

2. Quality Issues, Defects & Missing Pieces

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing pieces, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photos or videos to better understand the issue and provide the most suitable solution.

Damaged PackagePlease share clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and damaged product.
Missing PiecesPlease include your order number, product name, and photos of the missing part area.
Defective ItemPlease send photos or videos showing the defect so our team can review it quickly.

3. How to Start a Return

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Returns must be approved by our support team first.

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the item is eligible for return, replacement, or another solution.

Return Authorization

If approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not return items to the manufacturer.

Inspection & Resolution

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the approved refund, replacement, or exchange solution.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are usually issued to the original payment method.

Refund timing: Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank. Shipping fees for non-quality returns are generally non-refundable.

5. Exchanges & Replacements

We may offer an exchange or replacement when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete. Availability depends on product stock and the nature of the issue.

For missing pieces, our team may arrange replacement parts where possible instead of requiring a full return.

6. Change-of-Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. For change-of-mind returns, the item must remain unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

Sustainability note: Because DIY building sets contain many small parts and sealed packaging, opened items cannot usually be resold as new. This helps protect product quality and reduce waste.

7. Return Shipping

For non-quality returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. For approved quality-related issues, our team will provide the most appropriate solution after review.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for approved returns. Wonder Mini World is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
