2. Quality Issues, Defects & Missing Pieces
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing pieces, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photos or videos to better understand the issue and provide the most suitable solution.

Sustainability note: Because DIY building sets contain many small parts and sealed packaging, opened items cannot usually be resold as new. This helps protect product quality and reduce waste.

For non-quality returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. For approved quality-related issues, our team will provide the most appropriate solution after review.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for approved returns. Wonder Mini World is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
