How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Email your order number and photos of the issue to our support team.
2. Approval: Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return authorization (RMA).
3. Shipment: Send the item back to our designated local warehouse (do not send to the manufacturer).
Note on "Change of Mind": To support sustainable crafting, items must be in original, sealed packaging. Shipping costs for non-quality returns are non-refundable.
