1. Free Shipping

We are happy to provide free shipping on eligible orders. Depending on product availability, destination, and warehouse assignment, your order may be shipped from our international warehouse network or local logistics partners.

Shipping carriers may include EMS, USPS, or other trusted delivery partners depending on your location and the selected shipping route.

2. Shipping to Over 200 Countries

We proudly offer international shipping services to many countries and regions. However, there may be certain locations where we are unable to ship due to logistics restrictions, customs limitations, or carrier availability.

Important: If your shipping address is in a location we cannot currently deliver to, our support team will contact you after your order is placed.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders usually require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

4. Estimated Shipping Time

Shipping time varies by destination. The estimates below do not include order processing time, customs clearance, or unexpected carrier delays.

Maximum delivery estimate: Delivery may take up to 30 business days in some cases. All shipping times exclude customs clearance delays, local carrier delays, and holiday-related delays.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number when tracking is available. Please note that tracking information may not update immediately after shipment.

For some shipping companies, it may take 2–5 business days for tracking information to appear in the system.

Still No Information?

If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and tracking still shows no information, please contact us.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

Please make sure your shipping address and billing address are correct before placing your order. Wonder Mini World is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If we make an error with your order or shipping information, we will take responsibility and work with you to provide a suitable solution at no additional cost.

Tip: If your package appears lost or delayed, contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can help investigate.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the package arrives in the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

By purchasing from Wonder Mini World, you understand that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to customs fees depending on your country or region.

8. Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages. This can happen when products are stored in different warehouses or shipped by different logistics partners.

If your order arrives in multiple packages, each package may have separate tracking information.
